How to Upload Custom Avatar Images

Step 1: Sign Up for a Gravatar Account

1. Visit Gravatar’s Website: Open your web browser and go to Gravatar.
2. Create an Account: Click on "Create Your Own Gravatar" and sign up using your email address. You’ll need to create a WordPress.com account if you don’t already have one.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

1. Check Your Email: Look for a verification email from Gravatar.
2. Verify Your Email: Open the email and click on the verification link provided.

Step 3: Add an Image to Your Gravatar Account

1. Log In: After verifying your email, log in to your Gravatar account.
2. Add a New Image: Click on "Add a new image" and choose the source of your image:
   • Upload New: Upload an image from your computer.
   • From URL: Provide a link to an image online.
   • Past Uploads: Choose from previously uploaded images.
3. Crop and Rate Your Image: Adjust the cropping of your image as desired. Gravatar will ask you to rate your image (G, PG, R, or X). Choose an appropriate rating based on the content of your image.

Step 4: Assign the Image to Your Email Address

1. Select the Email: After uploading the image, select the email address you want to associate with this image. You can add multiple email addresses to your Gravatar account.
2. Confirm: Confirm the image and email association. This Gravatar will now be used whenever you use this email on any Gravatar-enabled site.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Custom Avatar on Sage.blue

1. Visit Sage.blue: Whenever you use the email address associated with your Gravatar on Sage.blue, your custom avatar will automatically appear.
2. Update as Needed: You can log in to your Gravatar account at any time to change the image associated with your email address.
